Jenelyn Blanco, Client Service Representative

Jenelyn is the Client Service Representative at IAG’s Calgary office.   Her responsibilities include performing general administrative support duties,   expediting client communications with insurers and ensuring accurate, secure,   and efficient management of private client information.

EXPERIENCE   

Jenelyn offers 5 years of experience in the insurance and financial investments  industry and provides client relations and office administration. Jenelyn assists   IAG Calgary’s insurance advisor, Janice Tchida, to enhance client   relationships through well-organized operational management and exceptional   customer service. She also responsibly manages client policy documentation   and ensures compliance in maintaining data entry procedures to support IAG’s   commitment to delivering exceptional client service results, transparency,   and confidentiality that exceeds industry standards.
