Guy Bentley is the President and founder of IAG (formerly Individual Insurance Services Practice with Mercer/Marsh Canada). Guy is responsible for overseeing all company operations and sales strategies, including managing the sales advisory and administrative team, developing insurer relationships and creating customized programs and policies for individual business insurance, estate planning and executive benefits. Guy also provides client advisory services on individual life, disability, critical illness, and long-term care insurance products to Canadian private business owners and high-net worth individuals. 

 Victoria is a senior insurance advisor specializing in providing insurance advice and policy placement services for individual life, disability and critical illness products on behalf of executives of Canadian businesses, private business owners and high-net worth individuals. Victoria has 20 years of experience as a marketing consultant and product analyst in the life insurance industry.  

James is an individual insurance advisor with expertise in life insurance, disability coverage, and investment portfolios who provides tailored solutions for clients from simple insurance needs to complex estate planning strategies. His analytical skills and market insights help guide clients through different insurance options to obtain well-balanced portfolios. Dedicated to financial education, James simplifies complex concepts and empowers clients to make informed decisions that enhance their financial well-being. 

Janice is an individual insurance advisor who provides tailored advice to clients to help them obtain the best underwriting decision for individual life, disability, and critical illness products. She currently manages insurance policy brokering services on behalf of executives of Canadian businesses, private business owners, and high-net worth individuals. Her responsibilities include reviewing client insurance portfolios and helping them make informed decisions on their insurance needs. 

Theresa is an Administrative Assistant at IAG's Toronto head office. Her role includes managing IAG-client communications and policy administration. Theresa has over 20 years of experience in client service and supporting administrative roles with major insurers, including Sun Life and Industrial Alliance.  

Dolores is responsible for all of IAG’s client service requirements in Western Canada. Dolores works closely with Senior Vice-President Janice Tchida in managing various client services, including insurance policy underwriting and brokerage services.

Lori Bentley is responsible for overseeing the company’s national operations, including Human Resources functions, finance and accounting services, vendor liaison management and licensing. Lori has 12 years of experience in the financial services industry serving in research and office management roles with various institutions, including Burns Fry, Scotia Capital Markets and Deutsche Bank Securities. 

 Lissa-Marie Brossard serves as a third-party Individual Insurance Advisor to liaise with our French and English-speaking clients in managing their Estate Planning, Business Insurance and Executive Benefits. She is a bilingual advisor to clients and insurers, who provides in-depth analysis for life, disability and critical illness insurance planning.
