Theresa Hoddinott, Administrative Assistant

Theresa is an Administrative Assistant at IAG's Toronto head office. Her role includes managing IAG-client communications and policy administration.

EXPERIENCE
Theresa has 20 years of experience in client service and supporting administrative roles with major insurers, including Industrial Alliance and Sun Life. Theresa has served IAG clients with the Toronto team of advisers since 2016 and formerly served as an Administrative Assistant with Mercer Consulting's Individual Insurance Services Practice since 2006 and later under Marsh Canada Limited since 2010.
