Joshua Radhakanthy, Client Service Representative

Joshua is the Client Service Representative at IAG’s Toronto office. He is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, facilitating timely communications between clients and insurers as well as ensuring accurate, secure and efficient handling of confidential client information.

EXPERIENCE

With ten years of experience in the insurance industry, Joshua has developed strong expertise in collaborating with third-party carriers and managing a wide range of insurance products and client cases. Joshua has experience in  evaluating product suitability, calculating first-year commissions and   conducting policy exemption and investment stress test analyses to ensure  compliance and accuracy. LLQP certified, Joshua possesses a deep  understanding of operational processes, regulatory standards and industry  best practices. Additionally, he is skilled in analyzing internal and  external data to identify risk, mitigate organizational threats, and leverage   opportunities to enhance business performance and client satisfaction.
